I have used so many online dating services (and still do) in my quest to find “the one”, and during that time I’ve not only learned which services work but it became very obvious which ones don’t (for me). The ones that didn’t work for me may work for others. The dating world isn’t a one size fits all thing. I’ve done the whole speed dating thing, for example, and I know some of my friends couldn’t think of anything worse. I loved it though and still regularly attend speed dating events. Obviously the lockdown has put that on hold for now.

Rachel Hall, M.A., completed her education in English at the University of Pennsylvania and received her master’s degree in family therapy from Northern Washington University. She has been actively involved in the treatment of anxiety disorders, depression, OCD, and coping with life changes and traumatic events for both families and individual clients for over a decade. Her areas of expertise include narrative therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and therapy for traumatic cases. In addition, Rachel conducts workshops focusing on the psychology of positive thinking and coping skills for both parents and teens. She has also authored numerous articles on the topics of mental health, stress, family dynamics and parenting.
